Liz Alford began her dance training at the University of Louisville Dance academy. She attended summer intensives on full scholarship at the Chautauqua Ballet School, Houston Ballet Academy, Pacific Northwest Ballet, and the School of American Ballet. After two years as a full time student at the School of American Ballet, Liz began her professional career with the New York City Ballet,  Liz specializes in  Balanchine technique and has over 14 years experience teaching dancers of all ages and backgrounds.

Full class beginning at the barre and progressing through center work and jumps.
